1. Scope
This Policy applies only to EnglishFly Bot on Facebook Messenger.
2. Data We Store (Minimal)
- PSID (Page-scoped ID) from Facebook Messenger to identify your account with our Page.
- Learning progress: current part, current question, correct/incorrect counts, per-part stats, small flags (e.g., unfinished/random).
- Timestamps: when the record was created and last updated.
We do not store your name, email, phone number, or other personal message content beyond learning progress.
3. Purpose & Legal Bases
- Provide and maintain your study session and features of EnglishFly Bot (performance of service/legitimate interests).
- Improve learning flow, stability, and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
- Comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).
4. Sharing
We do not sell data. We may share only with:
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, monitoring/logs).
- Authorities if legally required.
5. Retention
Data is kept while you use the service and deleted upon your request. We may periodically remove inactive records to minimize data.
6. Security
Reasonable measures (encrypted connections, internal access control, audit logs). No method is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights & Deletion
Request access, correction, or deletion at any time:

We will delete all related data (PSID + learning progress) within 7 business days.
8. Minors & Educational Use
EnglishFly Bot is a general-audience educational tool. Children under 13 (or the applicable digital-consent age in their country, e.g. up to 16 in some regions) should use the bot only with verifiable parental or legal-guardian consent and oversight.
- We store only minimal progress data and do not show ads or build profiles.
- If a parent/guardian believes we have collected additional personal data, they can request deletion via

or by emailing us (include the child’s Messenger profile link or PSID if known). - We will honor parental requests to review or delete a child’s data within the timeframe above.
