Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EnglishFly Bot on Facebook Messenger (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

EnglishFly Bot provides an educational chat experience focused on English learning. Access is through Facebook Messenger. We store only minimal data necessary to operate the Service (see Privacy Policy).

• The Service is intended for a general audience. Children under 13 (or the applicable digital-consent age in their country, up to 16) should use the Service only with verifiable parental or legal-guardian consent and oversight.
• We do not require a separate account; Messenger provides a page-scoped identifier (PSID) for basic functionality and progress continuity.

• No illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive behavior.
• No spamming, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service or Messenger platform.
• Respect rate limits and platform rules (including Meta Platform Terms & Community Standards).

• You are responsible for content you submit via Messenger.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• Do not submit content you lack rights to or that violates laws or third-party rights.

The Service depends on Facebook Messenger and other infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or fees imposed by third parties.

We may modify features or these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date when material changes occur.

• You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete stored data, message /deletemyaccount or email us.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the Service or others.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement). Educational content is for learning support and may contain errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from or related to your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Hanoi, Vietnam.
